We are extremely busy and although we love to help out our customers it can be quite mundane having to answer the same question over and over again.

    Why does it say backorder when I add to basket??

    If a product is on backorder, it means we have not received our stock for this item and we will send out as soon as it reaches us. Feel free to cancel the order at any time before dispatch

    Will I need to be at the delivery address to accept the order??

    Because of the particulars of this order it can only be signed for by an adult over the age of 18. We have to use specialist couriers to deliver our fireworks that are trained in carrying them, therefore if there is more than 1 failed delivery then this will be chargeable at the initial delivery rate paid on the order.

    How quickly will my order arrive??

    In most circumstances, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and can take 2-3 days for delivery.

    We can not be held responsible for the delivery time taken by our couriers so we ask that you order your items within plenty of time of your event.

    What happens if my firework doesn't work??

    Its quite rare but from time to time fireworks fail to fire. We supply some of the highest quality fireworks and so we hope that it doesn’t happen, however if it does then rest assured we have your back covered. We may ask for photographic evidence but in most cases we can refund you.

    Can i collect an order and save the delivery cost??

    Detonate Fireworks has a store alongside Affordable Fancy Dress and we retail fireworks from within our premises. If its easy enough for you to collect then we don’t charge for that so select store collection at the checkout and you’re donr
